Holy City Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary therapy clinic offering outpatient and early intervention services in homes, daycares, and community throughout the Lowcountry. We pride ourselves in our clinicians’ compassion toward others. We are proud to offer Pediatric Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services. Our nearly 5000 square ft facility is specifically designed to be a safe place where kids can thrive while meeting their sensory, communication and physical needs. Holy City is also home to a wonderful Facility Dog certified by Assistance Dogs International (ADI). In addition to the traditional therapy model, Holy City also offers options for Intensive Therapy Programs geared at delivering higher frequency and duration treatments designed for each child’s needs and goals.

My son began seeing Kellye Tolley for Occupational Therapy services in 2015 shortly after he was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at age 5. Since that time, we have been fortunate enough to see several OT’s on Kellye’s team and also receive Physical Therapy services from Dusty Tolley and members of his team. Families can rest assured that Kellye and Dusty’s team is comprised of the most skilled, compassionate and professional therapists available in the Charleston area. Kellye, Dusty, and their entire team are true professionals and they are passionate about their mission and highly invested in the children and families they serve. We feel incredibly fortunate to call this team our partners in our son’s journey!
We have an incredible history working with Kellye & Dusty Tolley and their team. From starting OT with our first son at only 15 months old, through nearly 9 more years of all 3 services of PT, OT and Speech, it has been an amazing journey to see how their team of therapists has contributed to the progress in both of our children as we have watched them grow! We would follow them anywhere, and they are a blessing to our two children and so many others!
Sadie is an amazing OT! She is full of knowledge and will help in any way possible. She helps my boys get all of their sensory needs taken care of. My kids love Miss Sadie.
Kellye is “one of a kind” when it comes to the impact she has on her kiddos! She is so loving and caring. My son saw her over a year and I credit so much of his development to her! She is so knowlegable and really takes the time to discuss with the parents what she is working on. I would highly recommend her!
Where are we located?
Holy City Pediatric Therapy is Located at 142 Sportsman Island Drive Suite E, Charleston, SC 29492 just off of Interstate 526. We are very proud to serve within the Daniel Island and Clements Ferry/Cainhoy Communities. We are also a short drive for families throughout the Lowcountry such as Mount Pleasant, Park Circle, Hanahan and West Ashley.
